Understanding the alchemical impact that fitness has on the mind and body, Alain decided to pursue a life of transforming the lives of others.
Alain has 11 years of experience coaching fitness and runners under his belt and he also served as the Head Track Coach at The Chapin School.
He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and USA Track and Field Certified Coach.
Pamela is an RYT-500 Yoga Instructor. She is also a Thai massage and sound practitioner with a Reiki level II attunement.
Pamela holds a BFA in Dance and MA in Secondary English Education. Pamela teaches yoga and dance to help others find alignment and to expand the experience of self through spatial awareness.
With education & intuition, she assists in healing through a variety of modalities.
Stephen has over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry.
His vision is to bridge the gap between the medical and exercise fields.
Stephen attended New York Institute of Technology in Manhattan and is a Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist (PRCS) certified through the American Academy of Health Fitness and Rehab Professionals (AAHRP).
Luis was certified in FPTI’s Master Course (2012) working alongside physical therapist and medical doctors rehabilitating individuals in strength and range of motion post-op to their normal everyday lifestyle.
He’s prevented operations for others through corrective drills and trigger point therapy with muscle manipulation techniques.
He wants to feel young forever and make others feel the same regardless of age or circumstance.
Luis is a certified NCSF Strength Coach, Animal Flow, Vipr, Pre-Post Natal, Progressive Body Weight Training, Kettlebell Level 1&2, Precision Nutrition(PN1).
Joi is a certified yoga instructor and wellness educator. She began her own yoga journey in 2009 and never looked back. Through witnessing her grandmother suffer from various health challenges; Joi found her love for fitness, holistic living, and wellness.
Her passions include eating organic food, being fit,reading books that awaken the soul, and being in service to others which includes being a stretch trainer.
When she’s not focusing on elongating someone’s hamstrings; you can find Joi empowering and educating women and men (online and in person) on the use of natural solutions through essential oils, supplements and of course yoga.
Kathy is a Wellness Guru certified in several mind-body modalities including: Personal Training (NCSF), Kundalini Yoga & Meditation (IKYTA), Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki Master (ICRT), Ericksonian Hypnosis Master Practitioner and 1st Degree Black Belt in Indonesian Martial Arts (Poekoelan Tjimindie).
Over the past 10 years she has worked at Equinox and other fitness boutiques helping a wide range of clients from corporate execs, elderly, athletes, pregnant women and people recovering from injuries.
She most recently has been involved helping Veterans, First Responders and Visually Impaired Students and other trauma related clients with relaxation and healing techniques.
Brian is a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist at StretchRelief. Brian’s unique approach introduces the client to a deep state of relaxation that dramatically improves Client Flexibility and Ranges of motion, through Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Brian has studied and trained under the creators of Fascial Stretch therapy, Ann and Chris Frederick, at the Stretch to Win Institute in Chandler, AZ. His unique approach includes using intuition, a powerful assessment, a thorough understanding of Anatomy and Movement, and most importantly communication and generous listening to the client’s needs and complaints; all this allows for the opportunity to pinpoint the precise locations and necessary stretches to relieve tension throughout the body.
Brian is also a Fitness Coach, weightlifter and Crossfitter, he occasionally does boxing and Brazilian jujitsu to mix it up.
Robert Rosado is a personal trainer with 27 years of experience dedicated to helping his clients better their lives through improved movement. His philosophy is that without mobility there is no ability. He combines approaches from various disciplines that he has accessed to overcome his own injuries. These include variety of disciplines like chiropractic; myofascial release in various forms; Rolfing; stretching including active stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching, dynamic stretching; and mobility work.
Robert uses different functional training tools to individualize each client's program. Exercise bands, bodyweight exercises and kettlebells are among them. He is a kettlebell expert with SFG training. Robert has been honing his kettlebells skills for 16 years following the standards set by Pavel Tsatsouline.
Robert is a certified personal trainer with International Sports Science Association and level II certified kettlebell instructor with StrongFirst, which is the highest certification in this area.
