During a live video call, your trainer will guide you through functional movements which serve as your baseline abilities.

As you follow each movement, your trainer visually identifies muscle imbalances and personalizes your guided stretch routine.

The Stretch Experience

Based on your assessment, your online trainer coaches you through a series of stretches that target areas of friction and points of restriction.

The program is aligned with your level of mobility & flexibility.

Each stretch is paced as part of an overall plan and relieves the root cause of your pain by targeting visible and hidden muscle groups.

Outcomes + Progress

Your ability to complete each movement is a direct indicator of relief.

During your sessions, the trainer watches closely to ensure you're making real progress.

Stretch Relief is an in-person and digital stretch & recovery studio. We provide an innovative approach to stretch therapy by creating personal stretch routines for each client. Your pain points & muscle tension enable our certified stretch therapists to give you a deeper stretch than you'd be able to get otherwise. You'll feel relief right after your first session.
